Overview

The Manager, Treasury Services will be a results oriented, team player dedicated to providing excellent customer service to those that they support. This person will have the opportunity to work closely with our accounts payable, payroll and central business office teams. The Manager will provide leadership, guidance and technical experience to the Treasury Services team in accordance with accounting and cash management services.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee cash management processes
  • Manage merchant Services processing
  • Maintain banking relationships
  • Fraud monitoring
  • Liaison to banks and merchant processors for internal customers
  • Approve electronic payments
  • Cash reporting
  • Maintain banking access for internal customers
  • Manage opening and closing accounts
  • Lead and manage treasury team members

Qualifications

Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
Major: BS or BA in Finance, Accounting or related field

Certifications and/or Licenses: 

  • CPA a plus
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in a treasury management role or a banking business relationship manager position
  • Staff supervision or management experience preferred

  • Ability to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions
  • Outstanding customer service skills as well as the ability to deal with people in a manner which shows tact and professionalism
  • The ability to properly handle sensitive and confidential information (including HIPAA and PHI) in accordance with federal and state laws and company policies
  • Team player with strong collaboration and cooperation abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in high volume multi-site accounting is required
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint and should be highly proficient with pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, formulas, and spreadsheet applications.
  • Proven expertise with Financial Accounting Software packages is highly desirable. Prior experience with Oracle eBusiness suite is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of accounting processes and data flow
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proven experience to supervise, coach and mentor team members
