The Corporate Paralegal will support the Legal Department in the management of contract administration for its Onsite Division by providing high-level paralegal and contract management support services, as well as acting as a liaison with internal and external sources. This position will involve both independent responsibilities and close coordination with members of the Legal Department and colleagues in affiliated corporate departments.
• Drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts, amendments, and other legal documents.
• Ensuring contracts are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Managing the contract lifecycle, from initial drafting to execution and renewal.
• Sustain organized systems for storing and accessing contract documents.
• Creates and develop template agreements and amendments when requested by attorneys.
• Maintains files for client contracts, ancillary agreements, addenda, and amendments.
• Tracks development, review, and completion of client contracts and other documents to ensure
deadlines are met and signatures obtained.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues related to contracts and legal processes.
• Coordinates completion of miscellaneous client-issued vendor registration forms required by client
contracts.

Education Level: Associate Degree
Major:
Degree must be from an accredited college or university.
Education Details:
• Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies preferred
Certifications and/or Licenses:
• CLA Certification is preferred
Experience in lieu of required education is acceptable: No
Continuing education is required to maintain license and to perform job: No
Job-Related Experience
Customarily has at least the following experience: 2 years
• Minimum of 2 years in a law firm or in a corporate/government legal department as a legal assistant, legal secretary, or paralegal
• Experience in contract administration preferred
