The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for driving all aspects of the recruiting process for corporate roles across different position types (i.e., PRN, part-time, full-time/direct hire, etc.). This position will be responsible for finding and hiring qualified candidates for positions in the corporate structure including, but not limited to, accounting, finance, sales, marketing, human resources, legal, leadership, and corporate support.
Daily activities involve interaction with a wide variety of individuals within Concentra, as well as active and passive candidates. The position should influence positive behavior in others by serving as a role model in critical areas of human interaction, teamwork and leadership. This position is expected to work effectively with all employees, i.e. management and supporting departments, to promote effective recruitment strategies that support the achievement of organizational goals and to foster a work environment that demonstrates respect and understanding for diversity.
