The Specialist I, Security- Identity and Access Managment is responsible for delivering quality customer service. This position must support and communicate best security business practices with other IT resources dedicated to systems access, support, and security. The specialist will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and enforcing security policies, standards, and guidelines related to all information systems. The specialist will be responsible for providing timely resolutions to incidents related to the security of all information systems. The specialist will provide secondary support for the IT Department and will be expected to interact with other senior business leaders.
The Specialist I, Security- IAM is challenged with ensuring that state-of-the art security techniques are employed to maintain the highest level of security for all platforms and applications maintained by the company while at the same time not compromising system efficiency. The position must ensure a superior level of customer service is offered to all users. In addition, the specialist must resolve any security breach in a professional timely manner.
