The Administrator II, Systems will provide technical expertise in managing our Windows and Citrix environment while ensuring optimal performance and availability of critical systems for Concentra operations. The position will help oversee the administration, maintenance, and support of endpoint
devices and core systems infrastructure. This includes supporting Windows and Citrix environments, Microsoft infrastructure, the M365 application suite, and ensuring robust vulnerability and patch management. This role is critical to maintaining endpoint reliability and operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate brings expert-level knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, with proven experience in endpoint management using SCCM, Microsoft Intune and mobile device management (MDM) solutions. Responsibilities include advanced troubleshooting, proactive performance tuning, and efficient ticket resolution, all aimed at delivering a secure, seamless, and dependable user experience.

Major: Computer Science, Information Technology
