The Outcomes Analyst IV, a senior analytical expert within the Clinical Analytics team, is responsible for providing advanced reporting, data management, and outcomes evaluation to support strategic decision‑making across the organization, especially for our clinical leaders. This role owns the full lifecycle of client and clinician analytics—from defining business questions and data requirements, to managing data extraction and transformation, to delivering high‑quality insights that drive clinical, operational, and financial performance. Key responsibilities include acquiring, validating, and preparing complex datasets; conducting in‑depth trend, outcomes, and performance analyses; and developing clear, actionable reports and visualizations. The Outcomes Analyst IV will translate analytical findings into meaningful recommendations and present them to internal and external stakeholders, including clinical leadership, employer groups, and cross‑functional partners. This position also contributes to continuous improvement of analytical processes, data quality, and reporting frameworks.
